Meet Taylor

I was diagnosed with IBS, Crohn's Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Generalized Anxiety and Depression Disorder, and had terrible acne five years ago.

I've always leaned more natural, so when they told me I was going to be on antibiotics, steroids, and anti-inflammatories for the rest of my life I wasn't having it.

I went on a man-hunt To find what would actually get to the root of why I was experiencing these things. Not only did I find the nutrition specifically to heal my body and lots of underlying causes of the symptoms I experienced.. But I discovered the fact that I'm an empath.

Years of stress, burnout, people pleasing, absorbing other's traumas, not digesting my own trauma and emotions, etc led to what became disease.

Now I don't have any IBS symptoms, anxiety hard ever affects me, my skin cleared up, my autoimmune conditions are in remission and I've found such purpose in my life.

Now my mission is to help you do the same!
