Hi there! I'm Taylor

A little about me

I’m a certified health practitioner and coach with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. I love helping women reclaim their vibrant health from digestive stress, acne, anxiety and fatigue, so they can create the life they know they’re here for. 

I created this program because I’ve been there. Years ago I was riddled with acne, inflammatory bowel disease, anxiety, depression, infertility, and chronic fatigue.

I ran around the cycles of trial and error until I realized the power of detox. Not only detoxing my body of accumulated junk from our toxic environment.. But clearing the heavy emotions and unsupportive relationships weighing on my mind and spirit. 

We try scouring the internet with “how-to’s”, then writing out a plan and setting goals to have it last about a week or two.  We are left still bloated, confused, exhausted and overwhelmed.  I know I was sick of this continuous cycle, aren’t you?!

Why is the Spring Detox different from all the other run of the mill programs?

First, it’s not a "diet", so there’s no strict guidelines telling you what to eat. Instead, it’s all about listening to your body. 
 
Second, this detox is based on the elimination/reintroduction strategy, so you’re working with a proven, three-prong approach used by functional medicine doctors and world-class nutrition experts. I’ve just broken it down for you so that doing the elimination diet is easy peasy.

Third, there are no magic pills or powders as part of this program that promise results but then you end up gaining back the weight and/or symptoms. That means the protein powder and any of the supplements recommended are professional grade with clinical results AND are optional.
